SHIPPING PROTECTION POLICY
By adding our “Shipping Protection” upgrade, wraptileshop.com will guarantee your product against potential damage done by the company that handles the shipping. If your product arrives in an unusable condition, wraptileshop.com will replace your product free of charge.
If you believe your product arrives in an unusable condition, you will need to take the following steps to file a claim:
- Take photographs of the package & the product to confirm product as unusable
- Send photographs to wraptileny@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number & brief description of the issue.
Shipping protection will cover (but not limited to) the following potential issues:
- Damaged products (deemed unusable)
- Lost packages
Shipping protection will not cover (but not limited to) the following potential issues:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by buyer
- Damaged packaging where product is not damaged or is still usable
Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping company, the package can no longer be considered as a “lost” package.
SHIPPING POLICY
We use a flat rate shipping system for all physical products. UPS and USPS are the only couriers we use for this system. Courier is decided by the seller and is dependent on availability, shipping price, shipping size/weight and buyers requested shipping location. Shipments can take up to 14 days to arrive to the purchaser. If the shipment is returned to sender due to incorrect customer information, customer must pay for shipping to have it re-sent. All shipments going outside the continental United States will be shipped via UPS. Orders may be bundled together in custom packaging. Purchaser is responsible for the package(s) once the courier has marked it delivered or accepted.
